Return Policy

By placing an order with us you are accepting our return policy.
Returns are accepted within 20 days of receipt of your order.
Merchandise in new and unused condition, within original undamaged packaging may be returned for a refund, less shipping and 12% handling charges. Due to the nature of Oral and Urine products they are not refundable. Refills are not refundable.

Before you return your order please call us for an authorization and we will try to resolve your problem.

Indicate the reason for your return, wrap the package securely and address the package to "Returns Department". Use our invoice address.
